1. General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bdt83 platform, including the website at bdt83.app, all associated mobile browser interfaces, and any services, products, promotions, or content made available through bdt83 (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the bdt83 Platform, you ("Player", "you", "your") agree to be fully bound by these Terms as well as the bdt83 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

bdt83 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bdt83 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on record or via an in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any translation that may be provided for reference purposes.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The bdt83 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older ("Adults"). By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and that you will remain eligible throughout the duration of your account.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to hold a bdt83 account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are aged 18 years or above.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of bdt83, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bdt83 or had a bdt83 account permanently closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are not using the Platform in connection with any professional, systematic, or arbitrage betting strategy designed to exploit pricing errors or promotions.

Age Verification

bdt83 employs a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify player age and identity. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document — such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate — before your first withdrawal is processed. bdt83 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending the completion of age and identity verification at any stage.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bdt83 products and services, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bdt83 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the device, payment method, or identity credentials used.

Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued ID.
• Date of birth.
• A valid, personal email address.
• A valid mobile phone number accessible to you.
• Your preferred deposit method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard).

You agree to keep your registration information accurate and up to date. Material changes — including a change of email address or primary payment method — must be communicated to bdt83 support promptly.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdt83 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bdt83 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your bdt83 account after each session on shared or public devices.
• Notify bdt83 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bdt83 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security, provided bdt83 has acted in good faith on the basis of the credentials presented.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdt83 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the verified payment methods associated with your account. Currently accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bdt83 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your bdt83 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• bdt83 reserves the right to return a deposit and request additional verification if the transaction is flagged by the Platform's anti-money-laundering systems.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit ("same-source rule") to prevent money laundering.
• A fully completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five business days for verified accounts. bKash and Nagad withdrawals for verified accounts are generally settled within five minutes of approval.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount is ৳500,000 unless a higher limit has been approved by bdt83 in writing.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player prior to processing via the account dashboard. Cancellation returns the funds to the player's bdt83 balance immediately.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

bdt83 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions to registered players. All promotional offers are governed by the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of conflict between an individual promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover has been completed.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute between 10% and 25%, and sports bets contribute based on the odds and selection restrictions stated per promotion.
• bdt83 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the player opting in.
• Bonuses are issued per player and per household address. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times — including via duplicate accounts or shared devices — constitute bonus abuse.
• Bonuses linked to seasonal Bangladeshi events (Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day on December 16, Independence Day on March 26) carry event-specific expiry periods stated in the promotion details.

Bonus Abuse

bdt83 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal exposure; collusion between multiple accounts to exploit referral bonuses; and the use of automated or scripted betting tools. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and any derived winnings voided and may be subject to permanent suspension.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bdt83 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdt83 Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the bdt83 Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live casino games such as Baccarat or Teen Patti.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing errors in the sportsbook — any winnings arising from a known error will be voided.
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward bdt83 support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks, data scraping, or reverse engineering.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to place bets on your behalf.

bdt83 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension and balance withholding, upon detection of any prohibited conduct listed above. Where the prohibited conduct involves suspected criminal activity, bdt83 will cooperate fully with relevant authorities, including law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

bdt83 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity involving the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request.
• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Reasonable belief that the account is being used by an individual who has previously been self-excluded from bdt83.
• Receipt of a legal order or regulatory instruction requiring account suspension or closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the balance will be returned to the player in full. If a breach is confirmed, bdt83 may forfeit part or all of the balance depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bdt83 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to the applicable game rules, and any remaining balance in excess of ৳500 will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days. bdt83 may request identity verification before processing a voluntary closure withdrawal.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their own access to the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed during the selected period. Contact [email protected] to initiate self-exclusion. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt83's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to bdt83 in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdt83 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive:

• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored on the Platform.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, connectivity failures, or interruptions to service caused by factors outside bdt83's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard in connection with your transactions.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits bdt83's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Bangladeshi law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bdt83's internal complaints process should be directed to [email protected] in the first instance. bdt83 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
